To ensure the safety of staff and students, in truck training will not proceed if the weather is      – 25°C or below. Trucks can be damaged in severe weather, and may not be safe to operate. In truck training will be automatically cancelled if we are under a severe weather warning.

This does not include in class training. 

In the case of a cancellation, the following actions will be taken by our office to communicate the cancellation:

1.  Student will be notified by the office via a phone call or text message. 

2. The student will be re-scheduled as soon as possible.

After a student has confirmed for their training schedule, they must attend their training.  

Our school requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise the student will be charged for the cancellation of their lesson.  Once you have confirmed your training schedule you must attend, or you will be charged.  This is to ensure instructors are paid for their time.
